Law of Remedies
In October 2019 the book „Law of Remedies“, edited by Franz Hofmann und Franziska Kurz, has been published. The book contains the results of the conference „Exploring Remedies – Impulses for a German and European ‚Law of Remedies'“, which took place in Erlangen in October 2018. I contributed the chapter „Economics of remedies – the perspective of corporate law“.
